Sign at the north end of the I-80/US 26 interchange in Ogallala. NE 61 continues south to the Nebraska border, where it continues as KS 161.

US 26 END signage in an odd location: these signs are about halfway between the US 26/30 junction (US 26's pre-Interstate terminus) and I-80 Exit 126 (current US 26 terminus). While the interchange itself can be seen in the distance, this is a bit premature to proclaim the end of US 26 at the South Platte River bridge.
